AIRINDIA NEVER LEAVES A SINGLE POINT TO EMBARRASS THE TRAVELER AND THEY DID IT AGAIN!!!THUMBS UP!!!
This is to inform you that this is highly dissapointing behaviour from makemytrip and AIRINDIA.
A traveller surname was given **** Agarwal( surname after marriage and as per adhar card) by the travell agent. After noticing the fact that name on the passport is still the maiden name **** Madhogaria( Surname before marriage), We contacted MAKEMYTRIP, about the issue. and and after long conversation they said that the traveller can travel without any hassle, as they have disccused and got approval from AIR INDIA. even after we asked if you can drop an email for the same as traveller is having 1 year small infant and it would be trouble for her in case she need to face any issue, we were assured that no hassle will be faced and we were given the case ID for the refernece!!(CASE ID: 180909-084937 )
BUT TODAY IT WAS HIGHLY DISSAPOINTING when the traveller( LADY with 1 year old kid) was not allowed to board the flight and even the crew member were highly rude and didnt listen at all.
When we called again to MAKEMYTRIP, they just kept on puuting our call an hold instead resolving the issue and finally the lady had to leave airport with an insult!
I NEED TO UNDERSTAND:
IS THIS THE WAY CUSTOMER CARE DEAL WITH TRAVELLER???
IF WE WERE ASSURED < WHY WERENT WE ALLOWED TO BOARD( WE HAVE ALL CALL RECORDINGS FOR THE SAME).
AIRINDIA AND MAKEMYTRIP HAS TO COMPENSATE FOR THE SAME!!

WHO GONNA PAY FOR THE MOTHER WHO HAD TO FACE INSULT TO RETURN FROM THE AIRPORT?
WHO WILL PAY FOR THE INFANT WHO CRIED NOT STOP FOR 2 HOURS??
WHO WILL PAY FOR THE TIME TAKEN IN ALL THESE???
