Dear Sir,
I booked the two return tickets for international flight with refrence No - FIQOBC 22jan 2018 and return of 14th may 2018 fropm toronto to delhi for 82 thousand rupees.
due to medical reason i had to come to india earlier in september 2017. So i could not travel on 22nd jan 2018. In october 2017 only i called the jet - airways customer care. They told that if i cancel the 22jan 2018 ticket then my return ticket of 14th may will also be cancelled as both were booked at same time together. So i dont cancel my tickets. But when i went to take my 14th May 2018 flight no 9W 244 they told since i dint board my 22nd Jan ticket they have automatically cancel my return ticket. They dint inform also via mail or telephone after cancelling our ticket. Due to this i had to buy on the spot tickets at 5 times the rate for 1 lac rupees. Now jet airways is not refunding any amount expect the Tax amount of 4000 Ruppes.
My total loss is now Rs 182000 plus mental harrasement.
