Refund of ticket cancelled by airlines

I had booked four (4) air tickets with Air India for the journey on 30 Apr, 15 May, 29 Aug and 13 Sept on MakeMyTrip and Goibibo.
You may kindly note that despite my repeated reminders on my refund process with Airlines since the termination of their air service during the pandemic period, neither the travel agent provided a convincing reply nor initiated my refund process so far.
Please note the booking was made before 8 months and I haven't received any rely either from the travel agent or from the airlines
