This is to inform you that i had booked my ticket through Yatra.com for Jammu to Mumbai via New Delhi.
Ticket Booking date - 13-10-2020
Traveling date was - 29-12-2020
PNR- J19DT
Ticket no.- 0983762423651
Yatra reference no.-1310200029421
Due to bad weather Air India flight canceleed on that day . And I apply for full refund on Yatra.com portal.
It is 3rd month running till now there is no refund process from Airindia and Yatra.com.
Dear sir please do the needful. Its totally harassment with me.
