Makemytrip not refunding money

I had booked air india international flight through makemytrip with pnr HRNL6 from del-ewr (3-18th april 2020) which was suspended by the airlines. I have been trying to contact both makemytrip and air india for refund procedure but to no avail. They just gave automated replies stating i will only get rescheduling option/open ticket with validity uptil 30th sept 2020.
This is sheer looting of the customer since i am not in a position to schedule my travels now in the given timeline.
I seek refund from makemytrip. Their customer service is pathetic and i couldnt even find an email id to contact them. Their customer service number never takes calls.
I am attaching photos of my ticket and message from makemytrip stating that my trip has been cancelled and They mailed that they would get in touch with me regarding the same but so far i havent received any call.
