Indigo airlines scheduled to travel on Visakhapatnam

Dear Sir,

I was scheduled to travel on Visakhapatnam - New Delhi one-way flight travelling on Indigo PNR: H47V0 Flight no E 772 the scheduled time of the flight is 6.30 pm on 12/7/2016. I reached there at 6.09 pm . the airlines staff kept on arguing about not allowing me to board. The final boarding call was made around at 6.15 still he did not allow me to board. The name of the staff was Mr Narsimha . i wan my ticket amount refunded to me.
