DISCRIMINATION-INDIGO AIRLINES

Hi,

I have travelled on Indigo airlines thrice with my infant who is now 6 months and my daughter who is 5 years. I have booked on their flight from Cochin to Chennai for the 20th of June, its my, my wife, my 6 months old baby and 5 years old daughter. When I asked their call center on why I am unable to block seats on the first row ( with payment), they said they have silence policy and infants and children are not allowed in the first 5 rows and from 11th row to 15th row. While my onward flight from Chennai spicejet permits me first row ( spice max) and all international airlines have priority for family and have bassinet row as such in the first row of economy, Indigo's policy is totally discriminatory and derogatory to family. A family travelling with an infant needs priority and they cannot be considered as noise pollution. I need DGCA/Customer forums to take up this issue with them and such discrimination should not be permitted.
