20th of August I travelled from Doha International Air port to Thiruvananthapuram Intl. Airport. Via Calicut is the light. 23:30 is the arrival time at Thiruvananthapuram Airport but Kozhikode airport more than 8 hours stay there without get any facilities. According airline policy more than 3 hours either arrange another flight or repayment of amount to the customer. I had a letter from Airline Kozhikode office flight delay due to the operational issue. I sent may mail and they asked me PNR number UOTPSA also but still no action to be taken.
