There is an act on stare toward women but no men follow it why they don't aware about so many IPC SECTION and
Many rules in public transport but they dont follow .. men dont leave their seat for women there is no punishment when a men bother to a child , there is no awareness regard touching why only teach to a girl , govt should also teach to male students howmany kind of punishment are given when you with bad intentions touch any girl, stare or stalking
