Love marriage problem - protection required

Respected sir/madam,

I am a 24 year old person from West Godavari District, West Godavari district, Garagaparru. I am mutual love with a girl who is of 26 age and want to get married. Her parents first accepted but again rejected due to caste issue created from his side.
SECTION A1 : As I don't know her name I'm adding her contact number (+91)9959676666 .As she is working in government school Kumadavalli and her Brother is threating our family by false allegations against me and him as he is from upper caste(Kshatriya's)and I'm Naidus (Kapu).They are unable to bear the prestige issue in our village (Garagaparru).
SECTION A2: As I don't know his name people call him Chanti Raju in our Village(Garagaparru) and he participated in presidential election in Garagaparru last year TDP local elections.
We both are facing lot of problems with these two people.They are threating us so please grant both of us Euthanasia

PLEASE GUIDE US WITH THE PROPER LEGAL PROCEDURE I HAVE TO FOLLOW FOR MARRIAGE, IMMUNITY AGAINST FALSE ALLEGATIONS AND PROTECT US FROM THIS PROBLEM
