Glucometer display false data; serious health issue

Dear team,
Myself sheetal, ask to conduct a detailed investigation on urgent priority for generating false blood sugar level, through glucometer kit, i have.
On different day's monitoring, I observed sugar level significant low for my mother inlaw. Based on these data, doctor has changed the dose as well, during whole 3 month period, she has taken intermittent sugar to avoid further low level.
She is now feeling too weakness and this was a significant turning phase in her life.
Later on on verification with different equipment, the sugar level was not matching, so for cross verification, we have measured sugar level of three non- diabetic family members as well and sugar level were 45, 39, 45 respectively. Further verification reveals that the glucometer, I have is giving false data.
It is very dangerous situation, even can be fatal.
I seek immediate regulatory action towards this issue.
