ON 23RD APRIL 2018 I VISIT TO KONNECT THE MOBILE AND COMPUTER STORE DLF PH 1 QUTUB PLAZA GURGAON(9152380167) I SPOKE TO MR SALIM SAMSUNG REPRESENTATIVE AND TOLD ME ABOUT S9 AND A8+ PHONES AFTER THAT I ASK HIM ABOUT FINANCE FOR BOTH THE PHONES . AND THEN I LEFT THE PLACE . ON THE SAME DAY AT 7 PM I RECIEVE A CALL FROM MR. SALIM THAT THE FINANCE FOR S9 IS REJECT BUT FINANCE FOR A8+ IS APPROVED BUT THE DOWN PAYMENT IS 16410 RS. I DENY THIS APPROVAL AND SAID THAT IF THE DOWNPAYMENT IS LESS THAN 7000 THEN ITS OK FOR ME BUT BEYOND THAT PAYMENT IM NOT AGREE, ON VERY NEXT DAY I RECIEVE A CALL FROM MR. SALIM THAT WHATS THE PLAN FOR YOUR PHONE BECAUSE OF IM IN OFFICE I SAID THAT COME TO MY OFFICE AND THEN WE WILL TALK THEN THEIR REPRESENTATIVE CAME MR SARTAJ AT MY OFFICE , AND THEN HE SAID YOU PROVIDE YOUR KYC AND BANK DETAILS AND I GIVE THE DOCUMENTS TO THAT EXECUTIVE , THEN HE TAKE MY SIGNATURES ON THOSE DOCS. AND SEND PICTURES TO BAJAJ FINSERV, THEN I ASK HIM FOR DOWN PAYMENT PROCESS HE TOLD ME AMOUNT OF RS 16410 , BUT I SHOCKED THAT I ALRADY REFUSSED THIS AMOUNT FOR DOWNPAYMENT THEN WHY HE IS ASKING FOR THIS BECAUSE I CANT ABLE TO PAY MORE THAN 6000 OF AMOUNT FOR THE DOWNPAYMENT, BUT I DENY FOR THIS PAYMENT AND I TELL THEM IM NOT ABLE TO PAY 16410RS. AND AFTERTHAT HE SAID THAT YOUR DOCUMENTS IS ALREADY SEND TO BAJAJ FINSERV AND YOUR LOAN IS APPROVED SO NOW YOU HAVE TO GIVE DOWNPAYMENT AND PAY THE EMI BUT I DISAGREE FOR THIS THEN I TOLD HIM IF LOAN IS APPROVED THEN CANCELLED IT BECAUSE I ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY THAT MUCH OF AMOUNT BUT HE SAID NOW LOAN IS NOT CANCELLED YOU HAVE TO TAKE THIS THEN I TALK TO MR ANKIT (BAJAJ FINSERV EXECUTIVE) FOR THIS LOAN THAT CANCEL THIS BUT HE SAID THAT UR LOAN IS APPROVED AND NOW ITS NOT CANCEL SO YOU GIVE PHONE TO MR SARTAJ I SAID I NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE LOAN AND GIVE BACK PHONE TO MR SARTAJ. AS I TOLD TO MR SARTAJ THAT I NOT GOING TO THIS LOAN FIRSTLY YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THIS THEN YOU CAN LEAVE OTHERWISE NOT. THEN HE SAID THAT IM NOT GIVE YOUR DOCS TO BAJAJ FINSERV THAN ITS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED THEN I SAID OK . THEN HE LEAVE BUT TODAY ON 01 OF MAY 2018 I RECIVED A MESSAGE FROM BAJAJ FINSERV THAT MY LOAN IS APPROVED. BECAUSE OF THIS IM NOT CONCENTRATE IN MY WORK BECAUSE I CANT HANDLE THIS FINANCIAL BURDEN SO KINDLY PROVIDE ME MY CONSUMER RIGHTS. AND I AM ATTACHED A SCREENSHOT OF MESSAGE OF MY INBOX REGARDING BAJAJ FINSERV BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME THAT THE LOAN IS APPROVED ON 24TH APRIL 2018 AND I GOT THE CONFIRMATION MESSAGE FROM BAJAJ FINSERV ON 01 MAY 2018 AFTER CONVERSATION WITH OWNER OF KONNECT MR. SUMIT AND BAJAJ EXECUTIVE MR. ANKIT.
