Complaint against husband regarding domestic violence and cheating

My husband has left me 6 months ago and he is not picking up my calls. I want maintenance. I want him to answer me.he is cheating me he is involved in some other women.his family used to harrass me for dowry.also he used to beat me.we were married in Dec 2017 and from September 2018 I am living alone in Gurgaon doing a small job. Please help me
