VLCC fake promises and worst servises, Sector 29, Noida

This is to inform my sister joined VLCC (PUNE) on bhandarkar road on March 26, 2018. She was asked to opt the plan of 8 cool sculpt therapy of worth 4 lakhs, for weight loss of 15 kg with flexisible validity of 100 days.
After 45 days, she realized that the plan had been changed to 6 cool sculpt therapy instead of 8 and also in such 6 cool sculpt therapy, only 10kgs weight loss instead of 15kgs was designed . On inquiry, they provided her lame excuse that she would get beneficiaries result asap on such latest therapy. Then also she trusted blindly on VLCC. I am in dilemma, how VLCC can change the plan without prior any notification and without consent.
After 2 months, when she didn’t find any positive changes on her body, she asked for the status. The people in VLCC asked her to opt another plan of worth Rs 2.84 lakhs and assured her that it would be fruitful. But once they got money, they said, it would not cover the thigh parts. Again, I am shocked, to earn the money only, VLLCC believes in malpractices.
During therapy, she had to face adverse side effects like aching, sagging, weakness, illness etc. She always shared all these stuffs with them. Even I asked the same to VLCC on phone. Sorry to say, they always gave she and me an lame excuse or indulged in blaming game It is really unbelievable, how VLCC hire such people who are not logical and are not trained enough
As far as VLCC is concerned, VLCC is well-known for services. VLCC believes in providing the first class services. The institution like VLCC doesn’t compromise with good will. Even I also work for MNC in Delhi, for us, we are always ready to serve the best to our clients. Good-will always come the first.
So, I request you to refund the money with all extra expenses. And also request to answer the following questions:
1. Why did you ask her to opt another package when the services provided in the first package were all in vain?
2. Why did they not give right information before paying the money?
3. Why did they give wrong therapy, as always she had to face some illness post therapy, as after session, one feels refreshing.
Note:
1. I even talked to them on phone several times, but sorry to say, they were not the professional. They hardly bothered about the good-will.
2. She has already sent the email to you, but sorry to say, still we are waiting for resolution.
3. Even we placed complain on phone too. Case no: 18523-Z4B9D4.
It will be highly appreciable, if I get positive and prompt reply.
