Through TV advertisement I ordered sweat slim belt on 31.10.2016 which I received in 01.11.2016. Product is in defective state and very poor quality. Then I tried to call customer care no. Given by company. They said that i will get call from theur complaint department within hr where I can drop my complaint .but I did not get any call from them . I continiously called them but Every time they are saying same thing. I did not get any call from them till date. Please help me please.I want my money back.
