I HAD ORDERED A SWEAT SLIM BELT FROM A TV COMMERCIAL AIRED ON COLORS.

IN THE COMMERCIAL, THE SELLER PROMISED TO PROVIDE A FREE SLIM SWEAT BELT WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE IF ORDERED DURING TE BROADCASTING OF THE COMMERCIAL.

I ORDERED THE SLIM SWEAT BELT (NO. MENTIONED IN THE COMMERCIAL IS 092-22-220013).

I RECEIVED TE DELIVERY TODAY AND WAS ASTONISHED TO FIND ONLY ONE SLIM SWEAT BELT WHICH DOES NOT FIT MY SIZE.

I CALLED THE COMPANY TO COMPLAIN BUT THEY ARE REPEATEDLY DISCONNECTING MY CALLS.

I SEEK YOUR HELP IN THE MATTER AS I FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN CHEATED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

    I have received sweat slim belt on 12th Sep.2016 box pack unchecked and received but after open the box and found sweat slim belt damage condition. also i have discussed with sweat slim belt customer care for this no-9220000033 and inform to same as per sweat slim belt customer care person used the belt no problem other wish refund your amount, i have used 10.12 hrs.slim belt but no any improved, also i have every time contact with sweat slim belt customer person but every time disconnected the my phone.

    I request you please returned your product and refund my amount.

    Even im suffering from same issue. They hav given wrong size and low quality product charged us 1790. It's available in 200 rs on flipkart. Plz share ur contact no so that we can do something with them. They r charters n shud get punished from making people fool. I want my money back

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I had seen an ad on Sony TV about Sweat Slim Belt for weight loss and had ordered the same for myself. This is on Sunday May 07 that the product was delivered. the very next day when I wore it, the inner fabric got torn and I contacted the Sweat Slim Belt customer Care on 09029000011 and spoke to Mr AK Tripathi who assured me of a replacement by May 30. Nobody turned up and I have been calling their numbers but no response. THis morning I contacted them with another number and they called back but after hearing my case they gave me a complaint number: 29000044 which is again not a valid number.

    I request you to please help me on this front.
