Sky Shop No show, no replacement or Refund

I bought two sweat slim belt worth Rs.1890 from Sky Shop having its address at Sham Nagar, Gali No.3, Near Bus Stand, Ludhiana.
They delivered the wrong size and I had ordered for a larger size. After contacting them to replace, they kept on saying they will send a person to collect the same. Nobody turned up for two weeks. Finally they told me xxl size is not available, so I told them to return and refund my money.

No they have stopped picking up my calls. Specially the lady I talked to in Amritsar office is very rude named Hema. Please help.
