Through TV advertisement I ordered sweat slim belt on 09.09.2016 which I received in 10.09.2016. Product is in defective state and very poor quality. Then I tried to call customer care no. Given by company. They said that i will get call from theur complaint department within hr where I can drop my complaint .but I did not get any call from them . I continiously called them but Every time they are saying same thing. I did not get any call from them till date. Please help me please.I want my money back.

    I orderd a sweat slim belt after seeing tv advertisment ...later they delivered order but when there was size issue they said the person will come n u can change it ....i m continously calling on customer care number the people are recvng n disconnecting the call without listening my words

    sir, mane sweatslim belt order kiya tha jo ki mere ko 18 Dec 16 ko mile, mane eve mai compalin kiya tha ki sir yeh mere ko kafi bare ha , aap ne mere ko XXXl size diya ha jab ki mere ko XXL size chaiye unhaone ne kaha aap ki comlain register ho gaye ha hum aap ko call karege, mane sir kuch din wait kiya but no reply after that mane kai bar complain kiya i want to chan ge my belt they have no reply.
    0922-3500020 no se belt order kiya jo ki aap ke Tv add ka no ha. My no is 9936178923 pl sir call me and replce my belt taki mai us ko use kar saku, thanku.

    Through TV advertisement I have ordered the Sweat Slim Belt on 30.12.2016 which I received same on 31.12.2016. The product is of no use as when I tried this there was no sweat and again the stitches were removing and we did try calling the customer service they are not answering the call then I tried calling on the which I ordered then they said we have logged your complaint and you will get call from complaint department within hour but did not get any call from them.

    I had ordered a set of sweat slim belt by watching TV advertisement on 8-3-2017 .within two days it was torn...the second product...that's the same..also got torn....it cost me around rs.1750.I called on their number they don't receive call..we need to stop such kind of false advertising ...many people are affecting by it....please take strict action against them.their number which is displayed on TV is 09220000300...it was sold by vinayak enterprises.pot no.285\2269,motilalnagar no.1,goregaon west, and their contact no is 7498873373
