Sir,
We took extended warranty for our washing machine and we are not getting any service from Godrej.They send engineers who are not technical enough.I have already send a mail to them and they have not bothered.
Kindly get us the refund.

Extended Warranty paid (i do not remember but i think it was Rs 8,000) plus damage to our washing machine and time and unwanted calling of electricity board (karnataka bescom electricity)

Maria refregirator one of ur authorised bangalore. Please remove them. We are residing in ramurthynagar anf 2years back also we have faced service issues with maria refregirator. I have already lodged a complaint with jago grahak.697024 They asked me to send a mail.

is not technical enough. He came and told voltage issue without even checking the machine. Later i followed up with bescom and there was no voltage issue. Yestetday he promised he will come today at 8.30 am. I took leave as we do not stay in this house where the machine resides
When i called him around 8 am. He is denying and is telling 8 pm. So i raised with your regional head nandan he arranged for the front panel main circuit as i got it verified from. A third party why the machine doesn't spin. Now tbe same engineer iswar reddy they are sending but around 8 pm. Am i fool to wait. Kindly take action against the engineer and refund my dues.
One days taxi fare of 1000 rs as i do not stay here. We are going ahead to buy a new washing machine from some other vendor and refund our extended warranty which i paid recently.
