i m requested to change my plant on 17.09.2016 from 699 to 199, but your company continue charging rs 699+service tax per month from me. why i paid this bill??????????????? vodofone customer Representative do'nt no anything i m wondering from last two months but no one tell me what we should do. and Mr. Shashank Ji, manager of main office, mangal pandey nagar told me that the plan Rs 199/- has been closed . i want to only know that if plan was closed, why my request is accepted.?????
