Call made by VI employee from Personal number

I am VI user , tried to port out my contact number to different user I.e. Reliance JIO on date 21/07/2021 at 11:10 Hrs because of network issues & slow internet. After that I got several calls from VI regarding not to port my number & they will solve the network issues.
They offered me different plans & offers as well .
But I stick to my decision of porting my number to Reliance JIO.
At 1544 Hrs I got another call from the number:
7017641648 & the female over phone told me that she’s calling from JIO & asked me that you need to send a msg CANCEL 9953657575 to 1900 so that the number will be deactivated with the current service provider I.e. VI in 48 Hrs & then your JIO sim will be activated.
She provided me the false information as that lady actually tried to cancel my porting request,
Which has been done as I sent the msg because of wrong information provided . This misleading has been done by VI employee from number 7017641648 because only they get the benifit of me not porting out from VI to JIO .

This wrong information has wasted my time & has mentally harassed me as which network should I use is my choice & I was forced by VI employee from personal number 7017641648 to send the msg of cancel port.
