Ringer is not working

Hi, I purchased Micromax canvas nitro phone 5 months back. Within one week it's ringer gets damaged without any obvious reason. I asked several times at the service centre. They used to say that I have to submit the phone for atleast 20 days. I don't want that. Please help me so that I can immediately get my phone working without submitting it.
