A software whose name is quick launcher is automatically installed in my karbonns5 titanium mobile . I also try to format my mobilr after is still not uninstall from my mobile . This software automatically on my mobile network and installing apps from internet . So i request from u plz reset my phone and solve my problem as soon as possible my mobile no is 07030109810
