I HAVE ORDERD
"surya honey SURYA MATE Induction Cooker" (Order ID: 12010298755
Placed on 27 Feb, 2016). The product is received in damaged condition, and I have apply for replacement and send the product to there warehouse via madhur courier but it was not delivered because they do not have delivery point and in my area there are no other courier services.and they ask me to not to send the product via Indian postal services. I have called many times to snapdeal but they did not do anything till now. Even after 2 months I did not received any communication with me. they told my complaint no. is 20329675.
Please do the needful.
