I booked a cylinder on 20.12.14 and on 16.01.15 a msg was received that cylinder will be delivered ver shortly but no cylinder recived in my new address given to you vide my electric bill etc,.now few days back I tried to book a cylinder through mobile but it is informed that the connection has been deactivated. At present what to be done by me?
