Over charging of bill by non migrating sim to prepaid

The vodafone store did not mirgrated my mobile sim from postpaid to prepaid and the request for same was submitted on 02-04-16.They forced me to keep postpaid connection for more than 120 days while there was no such requirement as confirmed by their service executive on service calls given to me. They insisted on visiting on store while they were harassing me for more than two months. I billed me for two months by not entering my request taken into their system.
