Dear Sir/Madam,
I have subscribed for GK Today and CSR for (1) years in january 2015.
I am not receiving the magazine despite subscription.I am getting Gk today one time and CSR one time inspite i should have to get both. I have complained about regarding this on your Customer care number, however am yet to receive positive response as to whether you are sendng it torugh Post or Courier.
Kindly suggest what necessary steps shall I take to get my money back or for the resumption of the subscription please.
