Purchase a34 HD in June 14 from Pune & its get faulty in one month after deposited in services center in Varanasi (UP) after 1.5 month they told that parts not available & they replaced by A37HD with difference amount of 1500 Rs.

Again in feb 15 that set also become faulty deposited the handset on 4 march still handset could not repair.

Two complaints lodged in karbonn service center 0n 21 April 15 & 25 may 15. On both complains they assured me that problem will resolve in 10 days.

its going pathetic.
