when I was booking Tatkal Railway Tickets from IRCTC Website,Booked Status is showing failed, but payment is debited from my account,I was complaint by email, but they said in email, payment gateway is not run in time, I am very need of amount,I am very suffered about service,but I was found contact numbers,Not lifting any calls following numbers Ph: 011-39340000,1800-111-139
No Contact numbers for Customer Care early response,hence plz send showcase notice & take necessary action against IRCTC
