Invalid forclose charges

I parchasing a bike from January 2019 and a sum of amount finance from 3three year (36: installments) which is start from february 2019. And i have submitting all my 26 installments on time. And before the time of 27th installment I went to icici bank on 21 june 2021 for forclose my loan account. So first I request to bank to provide my loan account details statement,but due to some printer problems she is denying me to provide statement. Than I ask to provide some profitable statement like if I forclose my account 9 month before so how many interest of amount I could save. So she said you can save approx 4000 rupees if you forclose your account now. So I ask than how much I paid now, so she said Rs- 29177 rupees. So that I paid 29199 Rs. Immediately via UPI payment. And than she confirmed me to payment successfully recived and please come after for statement and NOC. So just I said mam my 9 month payment only due if we were count it from February 2019 instead of January 2019.and my installment amount is 3062 so it could be Rs/- 27558. But I paid it before 9 month without any deley so I need to get some discount, but you are charged me some more money instead of discount in interest. So she said, it is account forclosing fee/Charges.

So that finally the problem is, if we are forclose our loan account without any fail or delay of our all installments, why they are charges some more money like forclose charges. It is not Right thing from bank side. Which type of service is that, which is not accountable and he charges money without any service provided by him. It is Not Right.

So kindly do the justice.
