i bought panel from shop clues

i bought a panel from online site shopclues and when i got the delivery the panel is not that panel i ordered it was different from the panel i ordered. then i requested shopclues to return the order and they accepted my request till now no courier service called me for the return of the panel.. How will i get my refund?
