I bought a policy on 14th Sep 2017 and paid 11,990 by instamojo. Before the payment their staff was following-up in every hour. After payment - they reimbursed INR 400 to me against my first claim of INR 1,642. After that they are not responding any of my emails, calls or whats up messages.Highly un-professional staff and big fraud.
