FB, Aht app not functioning

I bought Lenovo from Amazon. It is giving me trouble. What app, FB not working SIM is OK, given at Swrampore service centr but they could not repair it despite changing software. I want to bring it today if possible to park street service center. If I give it htere pl ensure they take my back up as I do not knt have altenate mobile nor have i familiar in taking back up
