i have been ordered Samsung power bank which 16000mah from book my offer but i got 25000mah powerbank which is not charging. so i gave compliant to service provder (That is book my offer)

    We purchased Samsung power bank from bookmyoffer which is not charging mobile and same complain submitted to bookmyoffer. But no response came to change this product till now. Details of purchase are given herein.
