Fake air tickets and mentally harresment and spoil family trip

Around 6 months earlier we booked a family package of Thailand for 23rd January. We have paid all the money that Prashant asked to pay us, bags are packed but tickets are not booked yet..
My family trip spoiled as well my image is also spoil
I am in mental trauma due to this circumstance
