Dolby Atmos app not working in my A-7000

Hi,

I received my lenovo A-7000 on first week of May 2015. But within one week I found a problem in Dolby Atmos app.

The app gets automatically off as soon as I start playing songs and won't start again till I stop my song.

The app is specially designed for music, but for me it's not working. Except this I am really satisfied with the device.

I hope I will get immediate solution from your end.
