Delivery of LPG gas cylinder

Sir, I have booked the gas in February 2015. Till now no Gas cylinder is delivered. Both my cylinder are empty now.
I have called all the possible phone numbers but nobody is taking the phone. Request to kindly arrange the delivery at the earliest.
