Dear Sir,
I have to say that the deliver boy charges more than the gas slip amount.They say that your home is far away from the deliver centre.They always try to blame the customers.Its there duty to deliver the gas cylinder on time and take the right amount which is printed on the slip.

so , i am requesting you to take the necessary steps to solve the customers problem.
