I was purchase Samsung inverter AC modal no AR18HV5NFWK on 7/5/13 from UNIQUE ENTERPRICES Village AALI New Delhi 110076.

from the very first month I facing cooling, noise and airflow problems in this AC.

I had made several complaint to SAMSUNG and they have done many visits to solve this problem and consume the guarantee period to avoid any replacement for the faulty product.

also SAMSUNG INDIA refuse my additional warranty request with the comments that the request must be raise at least one month earlier from end of warranty period.

know they are blaming my area conditions for the all problems. where is so many AC are working without complaint.

with in the 3rd season I have refill cooling gas 2 time my own pocket. but the problem is remain same.

I request you to please help me as I have cheated by SAMSUNG, company supply faulty product to me and I cant make more expanses to maintain this faulty product.

    hi Sir
    same issue is with my AC invertor ac. It gives bad smell screeching nnoise, Less air flow more over more than 7 times their engineer has been vised. no the warranty has been consumed today so they are mentioned nothing can be done anyway. I complaint to Jago grahak helpline lets see how it goes. But samsung is a thug
