Defective AC or Return back to AC

My self Trilok Mishra. I purchase a AC from croma- crown mall. my invoice number SLF02A012020052757on dated 18/05/2013.Item discription
:- Croma S/AC 1T 5* CRC7197 PAC.I got two year warranty on this product and same time I purchase two year extended warranty.
After receive this AC I face below problem



1) After one week AC cooling become very low then I call to customer care technician came and refill gas.

2)Again after 2 to 3 week again cooling become low that time technician came and took the AC at service station. I receive my AC after 6 to 7 day. Then that summer season it was ok.

3In next summer season same problem occur I complaint on 11TH 2014 Aug at your customer care and my complain ID :- DEL110814FS00049. Your technician come and again they say that this AC required to repair in service center.

In one year 3 to 4 time I face this problem.Now this year I call to customer care they generate complain id SR04051600189 and without attending this complain they closed this complain Whenever I call to customer care they say that I receive a response with in 24hrs from their side but the response time more that 10 to 15 days.
I want to that either croma replace my AC or give me fully payment
