Main Aditya Kumar Mera byke number- KA-51-EH-4167 jo maine delhi ke SUMIT PACKERS AND LOGISTICS ko date-12/10/2016 ko Chennai ke liye book karwaya tha, par inhone mere byke ko aaj date 15/11/2016 tak vi Chennai nhi pahuchwaya hai, mere pas mobile no-9999236171 par inka dispatch date 28/10/2016 aur reach date 5/11/2016 (door to door) ka confirmation message vi hai. Date 5/11/2016 ke bad bar bar call karne par inhone sirf mujhe agli date de di, aur Mere sath abusing language ka use kiya(jo main nhi likh rha hu) aur kaha ”tumne sirf ek byke diya hai mere pass aur kai kam hai aur fir abusing language ka use karte hue agle din ki bat kah di aur kaha ki jayada paresan karoge to byke vi nhi milegi dekhte hain tumhe kon byke dilwata hai”.
Main inke 9971983812 pe call kiya tha, jaha meri bat Mr.Manoj Kumar se hui.
Mujhe dar hai ki yelon mrre byke ko breakage,damage,leakage,fire,accident ya fir theft ki wajah se deri se pahuchane ki bat karenge, kyoki inke receipt me is bat ko note me likha gya hai.
Maine is bare mere national consumer helpline me vi bat kiya hai, jiska reference number-72292 hai.
Is matter me ab mujhe time delay ke liye justics chahiye, aur meri byke jaldi se recover karai jaye, mujhe is mamle ke liye compensate vi ki jaye.
Main receipt sath me lga rha hu, jisme main rs 4250 paid kar chukka hu.
