Charged 1000 Rs by ola cab without taking a ride

This happned 2nd time to me i have been charged Rs1000+ whithout even taking a ride by ola cab services.

Neither did a make a booking nor any call from driver came for making a booking to me.

All i received was a receipt where money has been debited to my account
