always bad net acess

When I access net the phone shows h but there is no upload or download symbol whereas I have full data & full net work . I tested it different type of sim like vada/ aircel/ reliance/ idea but there is same problem faced. If you want to see my phone then you send me your address on my mail.I'd I will contact with you. Please share & solve my problem ad early as problem. Thank you.
