We, the following citizens of villages adjoining Rahadhar Birkala, most humbly would like to bring to your kind attention regarding the frequent accidents and fatalities occurring at NH 31 and the confluence of Pathsala town exit way. As there is no traffic control at this particular point, most of the people either cycling and on four or two wheelers while crossing the highway from either side get confused loosing their control and hit by the moving vehicles. Since last several years, number of tragic accidents are winessed resulting in fatalities and serious injuries of several villagers of nearby area. As per the statistics, every year there are average 3 -4 fatal accidents and 8-10 serious casualties occuring at this point resulting in immense loss to the families and society.
Under the above circumstances, we request you to kindly take necessary steps to control the running vehicles at this point so that such tragedies are not repeated.
