Denied to pass from fasttag lane of till booth even having fast tag

I was cross the mevad toll booth of IL &FL,i have fast tag.i was entered into in fast tag line of commercial vehicle but my car was personal 4 wheeler car.i just ask him to that please dict tax from my fast tag but toll operator sounting in me and done some abuse action in front of my family.and send me go back even having fast tag with balance .
