with humble request, i would to inform you that i have cancelled railway ticket of amount 5100 INR. ON 8th of may. The statusshow that the amount is sent to bank, but till now no credit has been done. so i requst you to proceed my request as soon as possible. Hope you understand my problem and respond soon.
