I made a call to silver City for booking my tickets, for Kerala story - 1:50pm . Silver - Then I again called to reschedule it for 6:30pm show.
The employe of silver City was a female and she was very Rude on call I request her to reschedule my ticket booking but she was so bad while talking and even she was having so much of attitude she said she is not afraid if I do complain as well.
Please ask her to be polite with the customer.
