I didn’t get refund, I cancelled ticket on 28 MAR-2021. Still I have not received the refund.

It’s been more than one month, multiple call with long waiting and mails.

they give an excuse that due to technical issues And it seems they were waiting for my call to reinitiate the transaction.

Again they have given me 7 to 15 working days to process the bullshit.
