    I had ordered a Orange-Brown Beaded Kundan Necklace with a pair of earrings from Jaypore.com. The price paid is Rs 3150. The order no is 200152022. Order date is 13/9/2016 and the order was received on 18/9/2016. On opening I found that the necklace came with the pendant broken off . Pls give me a replacement at the earliest.

    Ref my order no. 200270612 Please note that i will be leaving Kolkata on 25 August and will not be here to receive the parcels as per your shipping schedule. If I donor receive the parcel by 25 August the order will have to be cancelled and money refunded to me.
