    My seat is reserved from garahshankar to Delhi seat no 21 on dated 10.06.2019 at 12:40pm but bus staff didn't provide me any seat and some one other was already sitting on seat prior to my boarding
    This for your kind information and necessary action though I am not hopeful from you .
